Before work begins

You may contact us to request cancellation before work begins. Include your order details and the email used at checkout. We will review the request and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method.

After work has started

Once analysis or strategy work has started, or a digital report or other deliverable has been provided, a refund is not automatic. We review the work completed, the agreed scope, and the circumstances of the request before responding.

Service delivery issues

If Digi Genius cannot complete an agreed service for reasons within its control, contact us so we can review the situation and discuss an appropriate resolution.

Email contact@digigenius.tech with your order details and the reason for your request. We will acknowledge and review the request electronically. No fixed response deadline is promised.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
